The challenge

Zignet, seeking to enhance the agility and scalability of its operations, identified a significant opportunity in optimizing the vehicle debt consultation process. Previously, consultants spent considerable time manually accessing the main Detrans portals (such as SP, RJ, MG), entering data such as license plate and RENAVAM, and dealing with CAPTCHA resolution for each consultation.

Additionally, the creation of quotes and sending to the client were done manually. The company sought a solution that eliminated queues, unavailability and transcription errors, allowing them to scale their operations without the need to increase the team.

The solution

To optimize and automate the consultation and management process of vehicle debts, a high-performance RPA solution was implemented.

01. Robots

We developed robots that access Detrans portals in parallel, using OCR technology to solve CAPTCHAs and extract all vehicle debts. The scalable architecture allows hundreds of simultaneous consultations, ensuring efficiency without overloading external systems.

02. Automatic generation

After extracting the debts, the robot automatically fills in the quote template with all values, fees and deadlines. This quote is generated in PDF or spreadsheet and sent to the client by email or directly integrated into Zignet's CRM, eliminating manual tasks in the process.

03. Gateway integration

The extracted debts are sent to Zignet's payment system, allowing real-time settlement. The end client immediately receives the payment link and receipt, without the need for manual interaction. This speeds up the process and improves the user experience.

04. Total control

Each step, consultation, quote and payment is recorded in an internal panel with date, time, status and details. In case of failures, such as portal down or payment denied, automatic alerts notify the team, ensuring proactive management and complete visibility.
